Lake Havasu City, home of the real London Bridge, was established in 1963 by Robert McCulloch – and today, it boasts a population of 52,000 people with a median age of 52 years old.  Through the years our town has become well-known as a spring break destination for college students, a summer playground to SoCal residents, and a late fall/winter retreat for thousands of visitors from northern States and Canadians who are attracted to Havasu’s 300 days of sunshine and reasonable winters.

Lake Havasu City has a local airport, several regional and local parks, perhaps its best feature is hundreds of miles of lake shoreline, thousands of miles of off-road trails, and a daily sunsets so dramatic they stop you in your tracks.  In Havasu, there is a little something for everyone here.

Lake Havasu is also near some other major attractions like the Grand Canyon which is only a couple hours away, the Hoover Dam is about an 1.5 hours, Las Vegas is 2 hours away, and Phoenix is about 3 hours away.
